The Park we want. Last meeting with citizens at Cesanella

On Saturday 15 June the general project of the Park will be illustrated with some intervention hypotheses

Saturday 15 June, from 10.00 to 12.00in the parish premises of the Church of San Giuseppe Lavoratore, Cesanella district, the last consultation with citizens on the project will take place “The Park we want”.

Let us remember that after a brief setback, the participatory path “The Park we want” has reopened to citizenship again. The path, activated by Social and labor pastoral care of the diocese of Senigallia and financed with the support of Cariverona within the project LYMPHbegan in February 2022 with the goal of understanding how the inhabitants of the neighborhood and the city saw the Cesanella Parkplace from rethink to be able to meet and walk safely and do activities.

Some took place during that time meetings with citizens, coordinated by facilitators and expertsWhile local schools became active to contribute in different ways to this choral project involving all citizens. The results of all that consultation (adult working groups and children’s workshops) were presented to the community in May 2022, within the spaces of the Chiesa dei Cancelli (see dossier https://bit.ly/IlParcochevogliamo2022).

Work now resumes with new encountersfollowing a new loan, thanks to the support of Cariverona within the ECO projectwhich was followed by a series of fundamental steps, including that of Agreement between the Caritas Foundation and the Municipality of Senigallia for the design and construction of some planned works.
