news about the price is popping up on the web

Only a few hours ago there was talk of some great news regarding the next leaflets from Samsung. Today the discussion concerns one of the two devices very closely, that is, the next one Galaxy Z Flip6. As some had speculated, the top of the range Galaxy Fold6 should actually be more expensive compared to the previous model and apparently the same fate will befall the Flip6.

It will most likely cost more than its predecessor without bringing many noteworthy updates to users. In fact, new news on the matter has arrived in the last few hours which the public may not like.

Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip6 may cost more than usual

The same source that had already anticipated the possible price increase of the next Galaxy Z Fold6 today returned with new bad news. In fact, the leaker in question claims that the Galaxy Z Flip6 will also cost more, to be precise 100 dollars more than the price of the current Z Flip5. These below should be the expected prices for the United States:

  • $1,099.99 with 256 GB of storage;
  • $1,219.99 with 512GB of storage.

With the Galaxy Z Flip5 the price was normally, initially $999.99 for the 256 GB model while for the 512 one it went up to $1,119.99. It would be legitimate for users to wonder how Samsung intends to justify this, until now presumed, price increase for both variants.

At the moment there seem to be few justifications, as the first images leaked on the web show an apparently almost identical design. There may be some improvement in the materials and certainly in the processor, since one will be used Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Of course, the public also expects another big improvement: battery life. In fact, there are rumors of new cells capable of adding a total of 300mAh compared to the current model.
