It will take place Thursday 13 June starting from 2 pm, in Genoa, in the premises of Villa del Principe, the 13th edition of Expand Liguria, the most important event in the association’s journey Liguria Works Company open to all businesses in the regional and surrounding area. This year’s title will be: “A human and daily revolution”.

Expandere is the fundamental event of the Cdo Liguria association path: a whole day to work together on a strategic theme for the development of the company: a unique opportunity for meeting, knowledge and training.

Since 2012 it has been the only experiential training and networking event in Liguria dedicated to small businesses, professionals and social works and open to all businesses in the regional and neighboring area.

During this event 150 entrepreneurs from all product sectors will be confronted with the many radical changes that their realities are experiencing.

This year’s program is structured into six workshops with parallel sessions in which the three main themes of CdO Liguria’s 2024 association proposal will be explored in depth: the reconquest of time, the new work architecture and sustainability.

Here is the program.

Initial plenary:

Entrepreneurial conversation with Alessandro Bracci, president and ceo of the Teddy Group, Rimini.

Parallel session workshops:

1. Work Architecture 1with: Marco Pomicino – former HR Manager and Talent Expert Ferrero

The alliance with people and the new approach to work that changes.

2. Work Architecture 2with: Gianluca Caffaratti, Happily and Stefano Porta, ODM Consulting – Gi Group

Work and artificial intelligence: new paradigms and new impacts.

3. Reclaiming Time 1, with: Alessandro Billi, Chef Osteria Billis, Tortona, for Ambasciatori del Gusto

Everything in its time, every strategy its rhythm.

4. Reconquest of Time 2with: Ida Mangini Barbieri, Antico Forno da Carlo

Work with quality and responsibility, learning to “rebuild” time management.

5. Sustainability 1, with: Beppe Costa, Costa Edutainment Spa, Genoa

The value of the company grows with the connection with the territory and with a thought about the future.

6. Sustainability 2, with: Elena Stoppioni, ESG Manager, Lombardini 22, Milan

The value of our reality grows by making people protagonists, innovating and connecting with different worlds.

Final plenary:

Storytelling in music «Curiosity will save us» – Complexity is a wave that risks crushing us; the surf to ride it is that of the curious, with Roberto Bonzio, Italiani di Frontiera.

At the end of the meeting, Andrea Dellabianca, president of Compagnia delle Opere, will be present.
