He died at just 35 years old Stefano Mancini, IT and technician also at the service of musical tours. The body was found in Cagnano Amiterno (L’Aquila), following a motorcycle accident. The dynamics still remain to be clarified. Appreciated by professionals, too Georgie wanted to remember him with a long affectionate post: “Stefano was part of that family that is acquired on tour that we call ‘the technicians’ – he wrote on an Instagram post – and which are the foundations and the backbone of what we manage to do in front of the public and not only because they assemble and dismantle stages, construct, illuminate and make plays, create, solve and assist before, during and after, but because they never spare themselves, because they always put their contribution at the service of the show whatever it is, always giving your maximum effort, ability, travel times, and then, when they see you, they smile at you and they support you as if to say: everything will be fine”.
And again: “Stefano was this, and also a boy who did good in his life without saying it, with a joke and a smile always ready and the ability to understand before knowing, I think of his girlfriend, his family, his friends…I can say I was lucky to have had him with us for all the live work last year and together with the others we will never forget him.”
