Threatened with a stone and robbed. It happened in via XX Settembre, killing two young boys. The police arrested a 42-year-old Moroccan citizen with numerous criminal records for the crime of improper robbery. According to what has been reconstructed, the two minors, while they were busy counting the money they had with them in Via XX Settembre, were approached by the 42-year-old who snatched the money from their hands.

Upon the reaction of the minors, in order to make them give up and escape, the man grabbed a stone, threatening to kill them and hit them and then run away, temporarily losing track of himself. The police, having arrived on site, made contact with the young people and, with their help and on the basis of the details provided, began looking for the man who was found shortly afterwards at the bus stop in via Cacciatori delle Alpi .

Upon seeing the officers, the 42-year-old attempted to get rid of the money, but was immediately blocked and taken to the police station. At the end of the identification activities, he was arrested for the crime of improper robbery and, at the order of the public prosecutor, accompanied to the prison in Perugia, at the disposal of the judicial authorities. The money, however, was returned to the two young people. Thanks to the rapid intervention of the police, the ordeal was able to end quickly and in the best possible way for the two young alleged victims.

Thefts and robberies are confirmed as among the most perceived and most concrete threats suffered by citizens. On the other hand, as in this case the response was highly prompt and effective.
