Lieutenant de Giglio takes the helm

In a solemn ceremony open to citizens, the Command of the Maritime District Office of Termini Imerese today saw the handover between Lieutenant Luca Turrisi and Lieutenant Francesco De Giglio.

The event took place in the presence of illustrious figures, including Rear Admiral Raffaele Macauda, ​​Maritime Director of Western Sicily and Head of the Maritime Department of Palermo, as well as numerous religious, military and civil authorities from the region.

Commander Turrisi, during his farewell speech, expressed sincere thanks to the staff of the Maritime District Office of Termini Imerese and of the Local Maritime Office of Cefalù for the commitment and dedication shown during his mandate.

The new commander, Lieutenant De Giglio, thanked his predecessor for the collaboration and work done, demonstrating his commitment to continuing in the direction traced by Turrisi.
