Wild Moss, Luis Sal wins the legal battle against Fedez

The content creator acquires 100% of the company shares

ROME – The legal battle for control of the Muschio Selvaggio srl company has ended in favor of Luis Sal: last May 28, the Court of Milan with a confidential decision, made known today, definitively rejected the complaint brought by Doom (Fedez’s company) against Luis’ company, defended by the lawyer. Thus ends Fedez’s last attempt to take back the podcast after the previous seizure order last February which had ordered the freezing of Doom’s shares and the appointment of a judicial custodian.

LUIS SAL ACQUIRES 100% OF THE COMPANY SHARES

Already at the time of the kidnapping, the management of the podcast had immediately passed to Luis Sal. Today the parties found themselves in front of a notary’s office to certify the ‘victory’ of Luis Sal who acquired 100% of the company shares, following Doom’s formal recognition that their shares were to be considered sold to Luis Sal as early as December 2023 and under the conditions set by the latter.

“The judges – we read in an official note – applying a unique provision of its kind, among the first made in Italy on the functioning of the statutory clause known as ‘Russian roulette’, the subject of the dispute, they confirmed that Luis’s company has the right to take over the shares of Fedez’s company; despite Fedez’s obstinacy in not publicly and legally applying the statutory rules whose meaning was then assessed by the judges as ‘clear'”.

FEDEZ’S MOTHER RESIGNS AS ADMINISTRATOR OF MUSCHIO SELVAGGIO

“At the same time – we also read – Fedez’s mother, Mrs. Berrinzaghi, has resigned as director of Muschio Selvaggio srl., in favor of Dr. Eng. Zubaer Adbhuiya Hossain and Lussorio Piras; both appointed CEOs of the Luisolve srl company which now has firm control”.

On Instagram Fedez commented on the issue: “In recent weeks, together with Mr. Marra (with whom the rapper continued the podcast without Luis, ed.), we have decided to renounce the biblical dispute regarding Wild Moss. After months of work in which we brought the podcast to what we felt was a level of content that satisfied our ambitions, we found ourselves having to leave the management of the channel in the hands of Luis Sal, whose management produced content that was totally distant from our vision. For this reason, and others, it is with great regret that we announce that we will definitively leave Wild Moss“.
