The Court of Milan definitively rejected the complaint from Fedez’s company
The long legal dispute between Luis Sal and Fedez over the shares of the podcast and the company “Muschio Selvaggio” comes to an end. After the professional breakup between the two, the case ended in a long battle between official documents. The judicial battle for control of the Muschio Selvaggio company, therefore, it ended in favor of Luis Sal. Fedez’s mother, Mrs. Tatiana, has resigned as administrator of the company “Muschio Selvaggio”, in favor of Zubaer Adbhuiya Hossain and Lussorio Piras, both CEOs of the Luisolve company.
The Court of Milan definitively rejected the complaint brought by Fedez’s company, Doom, against Luis Sal’s company, defended by the lawyer Ferrarini. The ex-partner’s latest attempt to take back the podcast failed, after the previous seizure order last February which had ordered the freezing of Doom’s shares and the appointment of a judicial guardian. Already at the time of the kidnapping, the management of the podcast had immediately passed to Luis Sal, ousting Fedez in the previous management.
The Judges, applying a unique provision of its kind, among the first made in Italy on the functioning of the statutory clause known as “Russian roulette”, the subject of the dispute, confirmed that Luis’s company has the right to acquire the shares of Fedez’s company . Despite Fedez’s opposition in not publicly and legally applying the statutory rules whose meaning was then assessed by the Judges as “clear”.
