Milan – Montigiania Tuscan agricultural company specialized in the production of extra virgin olive oil of high quality, organizes the second edition of ‘Evo in Wonderland. The indelible experience in the olive grove‘. Objective of the event: to promote the valorisation of what is defined as green gold and, through thematic events, integrate the public’s knowledge of a product that deserves a close encounter, to appreciate not only its nutritional characteristics but also to be able to recognize its quality.
Three appointments which will take place in an olive grove on the Montigiani a Reggello (Fi), in the heart of the Tuscan hills. The first is scheduled for Saturday 8 June with the Opening Party; the second – ‘Summer Vibes’ – will take place on June 29; the event will close on 6 July before resuming in the second half of August, the themed dinner ‘The Tuscany we like’ where chefs Cristian Borchi and Stefano Frassinetti will create a special menu. During the meetings, tastings will accompany guests through sensorial experiences where extra virgin olive oil will be the protagonist of traditional dishes.
The inclusion of the inevitable Gin Extravirginthe world’s first London Dry distillate with organic extra virgin olive oil born from the desire for quality and innovation of Alberto Montigiani, already awarded a bronze medal at the ‘World Gin Awards 2024’.
