The truck driver accused of having caused the terrible rear-end collision on 17 June 2022 on 17 June 2022 has agreed to a plea agreement of three years and six months to be served under house arrest. the A1 motorway, between Fabbro and Chiusi, which cost the lives of the innocent Serena Ursillo, aged 37, and her friend Enrica Macci, aged 49, as well as seriously injuring three other people. The man was convicted of vehicular homicide following the preliminary hearing on Thursday in the Court of Siena by judge Sonia Caravelli. The accused, who was able to benefit from the sentence discounts provided by the alternative procedure chosen, was also given the additional sanction of revocation of his driving licence.
Accident The news was reported by Studio3A-Valore SpA, a company specialized at a national level in compensation for damages and in the protection of citizens’ rights to which Serena Ursillo’s family members have relied for assistance, through the Area Manager for Lazio and the ‘Umbria.
