“Sentimental geographies”, meeting on Thursday 6 June in the Aula Magna of Unitus

VITERBO – Sentimental geographies. This is the title of the meeting scheduled for next Thursday 6 June at 11 am, in the great hall of the University of Tuscia (monumental complex of Santa Maria in Gradi), organized by DISUCOM within the “Culture in Gradi”, in collaboration with the CUT “La Torre” University Theater Centre.

The event will allow you to witness the dialogue between Marco Valerio Amico of the nanou group and Mauro Petruzziello, scholar in the field of intersections between performing arts, sound and new languages, university professor and researcher. Sharing your gaze is equivalent to multiplying it. The fulcrum of the meeting is precisely a mix of visions: that of the two protagonists of the dialogue. The horizon chosen as the starting point of the conversation are “sentimental geographies”, suggestions linked to the visual arts, literature, philosophy and music. Through the observation of works of art, the reading of fragments of books, listening to songs and an overview of materials suggested by the company’s work, the richness and complexity of the approach to the scene will emerge. The meeting will be attended by the vice mayor Alfonso Antoniozzi and the ATCL artistic director Isabella Di Cola.

The event anticipates by a few days the start of the special N20 project dedicated to the in-depth study of the language and method of group creation nanou, with a review of initiatives dedicated to the twenty years of the dance company, scheduled at the Teatro dell’Unione from 11 to 15 June.
