After Sol and Agrifood in Verona, Assoprol Umbria returns as a protagonist on the occasion of the 22nd edition of Cibus, the International Food Exhibition which took place in Parma from 7 to 10 May 2024.

Inside Pavilion 5 with an elegant exhibition space set up as part of the activity program presented to the Umbria region pursuant to the SRG 10 intervention of the CSR 2023-2027, ten high quality oil producers belonging to Assoprol proposed their Dop Umbrian and organic productions to the many Italian and foreign visitors and buyers.

During the 4 days of the fair, daily masterclasses on PDO Umbrian and organic oils were organized by Assoprol, aimed at consumers and supply chain operators.

To enrich the program of events, the presence of Chefs Marco Gubbiotti and Andrea Barbi from Cucinaa (Foligno) who, with their excellent dishes, were able to enhance and exalt the high quality oils of Assoprol Umbria and the producers present.

Here are the Umbrian companies present: Azienda Agraria Viola, Gnavolini Raccolta Sapore, Molino Il Fattore di Luigi Tega, Eugenio Ranchino, Malvetani Societa’ Agricola, Oleificio Cecci, Società Agricola Fioretti SS, Oleificio Melchiorri Gianfranco, Societa’ Agricola Montenibbio and Frantoio di Spello Uccd .

Many meetings, tastings and show cooking with the protagonist always the DOP Umbrian and organic extra virgin olive oil, already waiting for the new 2025 edition.
