Oleificio Zucchi returns to be a protagonist at Linkontro, the annual NielsenIQ event dedicated to networking the FMCG community which meets every year for professional updating and to chart the path towards the near future. “Imagining new businesses: Visions, Values, Skills” is the title of the event scheduled at the Forte Village Resort in Santa Margherita di Pula from 16 to 19 May, in which Oleificio Zucchi will participate by sharing its know-how in the oil supply chain and its continuous commitment to innovation and sustainability.

At Linkontro, which stands as a point of reference for the FMCG sector – which occupies a central place in the Italian economy, Oleificio Zucchi will present its new and innovative product in the field of seed oils, Fritto Libero!. A specific oil for frying characterized by a formulation based on high oleic sunflower seed oil with antioxidants and studied by the experts of Oleificio Zucchi in collaboration with the Department of Soil, Plant and Food Sciences of the University of Bari Aldo Moro. Free Fried Zucchi! it reduces frying odors by 50% compared to standard sunflower oils and with its high resistance to high temperatures (230°C) it ensures crispy and dry fried food. The new product will be the protagonist during the lunches of the event at the Pineta Restaurant and the dinners on 16 and 17 May at the Colosseo restaurant, in a dedicated station: participants will be offered tasty fried dishes.

Alongside this novelty, the product that has always been a symbol of the brand’s commitment to sustainability will be present: Zucchi 100% Italian Sustainable Extra Virgin Olive Oil. An oil that stands out on the market for being the first to come from a certified supply chain that guarantees its sustainability throughout the entire production chain; the product, CSQA certified, was also awarded the prestigious Made Green in Italy recognition by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security in 2024.

Zucchi 100% Italian Sustainable EVO Oil will be present in the salad dressing corner in all lunches at the Pineta Restaurant and dinners at the Colosseo and Rocce Restaurant, together with the extra virgin olive oils flavored with chilli, lemon and basil.
