Swimming was highlighted last weekend, with the Modena athletes of the Circolo Gdf also starring. Matteo Poli And Beatrice Guidetti they led the patrol of swimmers competing in the 15th edition of the Tricolore Trophy of Reggio Emilia.
As has been the case for a while, the representatives of the female contingent were the great protagonists. On the shields the junior Valeria Fontana, gold medal in the 100 and 200 butterfly, races in which he achieved his personal bests in the long course. In the overall category the breaststroker shines Ines Djebali who dominates the 200 meter race and takes second place in the 50 breaststroke, where he stops the clock at 33”97, a result he hasn’t achieved for over a year.
Gold medal among the juniors also for Alice Rossi in the 50 backstroke. The young woman finished the double distance in 9th place. On the lowest step of the podium is the 2009 Francesca Pizzi in the very tough 1500 m freestyle. For her, an excellent chronometric result also in the 800 m, where, however, she had to settle for 4th place.
Ludovica Garuti Malagoli, cat. guys, he achieves his personal bests in the long course in the 400 freestyle and the 50 backstroke, leaving ample room for improvement. Cecilia Masini (juniors) competes in the 50, 100 and 200 freestyle with good time trials, while Elena Guys (juniors) records his record in the 50 freestyle. The non-optimal state of form affects the matches Vanessa Duzzi in the long distances of the style.
