Fiat Panda 2024: prices for thermal and electric discovered in France – News

However, a version is planned to compete with the Dacia Spring (currently the cheapest electric there is) with power reduced to 80 HP and a battery between 30 and 35 kWh, with autonomy sufficient to satisfy the needs of those who use the car in the city or intercity, and prices could drop for less than 20,000 euros, which means that with incentives it could reach 14,000 euros or well under 10,000 in the event of scrapping. A new battery with simpler chemistry will be used for the electric Panda (LFP or lithium iron phosphate) instead of the expensive NMC (nickel-manganese-cobalt) which offer greater performance at low temperatures, they suffer less from fast charging cycles.

Lto Fiat Panda 2024 there will also be a petrol engine 100 HP PureTech (updated with timing chain) combined with the 6-speed manual gearbox, and this could be the most requested entry-level version just under 15,000 euros, but with the option in the future to become also hybrid with the addition of the new gearbox e-DCT 6 marches built to Mirafiori which incorporates a 21 kW electric motor. The 2024 Panda will be produced in Kragujevac, Serbia, on the lines of Citroën ë-C3 which obviously shares the French platform and many components such as the doors and sides, but it will not be a photocopy of the French one, focusing on elements of practicality and comfort that were characteristics of the original project of Giorgetto Giugiaro (who however is very sceptical, read here) eliminating many frills and expensive parts such as chrome to keep prices within acceptable levels.

In the meantime the Panda of PomiglianoNow Pandina, it will have an extended life until 2027 with an update to European rules that come into force on July 7, and it is still by far the best-selling car in Italy. The new Panda, however, in Fiat’s intentions is part of one family of models developed on the same platform in the form of a compact SUV, which could be the future Multipla, in the wake of what was proposed with the C3 Aircross and the Opel Frontera. The differences compared to the other models for the new Panda can be understood in having characterized the front and rear with composite light elements; for example in the grille, which lights up with pixels on command, someone sees the a thousand windows of the Lingotto palace in Turin.
