It is confirmed, Royal Venaria was officially awarded the title of “European City of Sport”with a ceremony organized as part of the 36th edition of the Aces Europe and Aces Italia Gala in Rome.
Yesterday morning, Monday 29 Aprilthe title was conferred in the Hall of Honor of Conesin the presence of the president, Giovanni Malagò. The precious recognition was delivered to the Tourism Councilor, Monica Federicorepresenting the City, for «Reale’s commitment and dedication to promoting sport as a means of health, social integration, education and respect, in line with the ideals and objectives of Aces Europa» explain the promoters of the initiative.
«It filled me with pride to represent our city in the magnificent setting of the Coni Hall of Honor in Rome, on the occasion of the XXXVI edition of the European Cities of Sport Gala. This important event highlights how much sport and culture are essential to our community development. During the ceremony, our Municipality was honored with the Bowls of European Merit for Sportrecognized as “City Office Sport 2025”to underline theVenaria Reale’s continuous commitment to promoting sport as a pillar of social well-being.
