A new electric car is preparing to debut on Italian roads. It was made in China and directly challenges the Twingo.

A particularly competitive price is therefore to be expected, as often happens with vehicles from that area of Asia, as all the raw materials needed for construction are available.
The brand that implemented it is now very well known and thanks to its intelligent cost policy it has made its way onto the full electric market, overtaking even a giant like Tesla in terms of number of sales in the space of a few years.

A new city car from China, what is known so far

The vice-president of the Chinese manufacturer Stella Li confirmed the indiscretion to Quattroruote. Despite a length of 3.78 metres, therefore a little longer than the Panda, it has five doors. It will arrive in Italy on the occasion of the restyling planned for this young model that aims to directly challenge the Twingo, currently on the market for under 20 thousand euros.

There are two batteries and both are al lithium iron phosphate. The entry level has 30.08 kWh, while the top of the range is 38.8 kWh and guarantees a range of 405 km. If you use the 40 kW columns you can recover in less than half an hour 80% of the energy starting from 30%. From what we understand these figures will improve thanks to the planned changes.
