The Russian missile attack also hit several residential buildings and “civilian infrastructure” in the city, the regional governor, Oleh Kiper, said on the Telegram messaging site.
Among the injured there are two children and a pregnant woman and also the owner of the castle, Serhiy Kivalov, a former pro-Russian Ukrainian deputy. The building is also known as the “Harry Potter castle”, due to its resemblance to that of the famous film.
