Japanese “Midori no hi” (green day) festival in the avenues of the Villetta di Negro park

A walk together, to celebrate the Japanese holiday of “Midori no hi” (緑の日, the day of green) among the paths of the Villetta di Negro Park.

The party of “Midori no hi” it is a widespread celebration in Japan, dedicated to nature and greenery. This special day symbolizes the importance of preserving and appreciating green spaces, not only as a natural resource, but also as a source of inspiration and well-being for the community. It is a moment to reflect on the balance between man and the environment, promoting awareness of the need to preserve biodiversity and ensure environmental sustainability.

During the walk, participants will have the opportunity to explore the Villetta Garden from a unique perspective, guided by the knowledge and experience of Aurora and Marco. It will be an opportunity to discover the intrinsic value of green spaces in our cities and to better understand the link between nature, culture and figurative imagery.

The meetings, free of charge, will be divided into two shifts distinct: in the morning, from 10.30 to 12.00and in the afternoon, from 3pm to 4.30pmfor a maximum capacity of 25 people each.

At the end of the walk, for those interested, it will be possible to visit independently

The visit to the Museum is not included in the “Midori no hi” walk and requires payment of the entrance ticket.

The Museum is open from 9.30am to 7.30pm, with the last entry half an hour before closing.
