Object and purpose of the processing
The Data Controller only processes the recipient’s email address, with the sole purpose of sending the newsletter.
The legal basis is the request made by the recipient by completing the form on this page.
Data falling within those that articles 9 and 10 of EU Reg. 2016/679 define as “special categories of personal data”, i.e. personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical or religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, data relating to health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person, judicial data or data relating to crimes or security measures.
Provision of data
The provision of data occurs on a voluntary basis by the interested party who intends to request the sending of the newsletter, but any refusal will result in the impossibility of receiving the requested service.
Treatment methods
The data provided will be used with IT and telematic tools for the sole purpose of providing the requested service and, for this reason, will be kept exclusively for the period in which it will be active.
No automated decision-making process, such as profiling, is adopted.
Recipients of the data
The servers where the data are stored are located in Italy and the data will not be subject to dissemination or transfer to non-EU countries or international organizations, but may be communicated to subjects who assist the Data Controller, for example for technological maintenance needs of the site .
Rights of the interested party
At any time, the interested party may exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:
- request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data and access to them;
- obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
- ask the owner to rectify or delete the data processed, limit the processing of data concerning him or the portability of the same;
- object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
- revoke consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in Italy is the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data (at the email address [email protected], to the fax number 06.696773785 or by post to the address piazza di Monte Citorio n. 121 – 00186 Rome).
