Two accidents at the same point on State Road 36 created significant traffic jams on Monday 22 April heading south. They happened at the height of the exit for Lissone-Nova Milanese, both autonomously, without serious injuries and without the involvement of other cars. But with major repercussions on traffic.

The first event around lunchtime, involving a 52-year-old woman who was rescued under code red and then transported to the hospital without danger. With the car she crashed onto the guard rail, the lane was made safe to allow rescue on the spot with ambulance and medical vehicle, firefighters from Desio, traffic police and Anas personnel. The queues stretched all the way to Seregno.
