On April 27th, at 10 am at the Gualtieri Museum in Piazza Saffi, 20 in Talamello, the National Faleristic Association will organize, in collaboration with the Municipality of Talamello, a conference by Dr. Daniele Cesaretti entitled “From Rome towards the Gothic Line – The battles on the other German defense lines”.
Afterwards, in the same location at 11.30 am, the Kairos aps Association will deliver some commemorative medals in memory of ex-combatants of the Second World War, issued by the Ministry of Defense.
The meeting will see the participation of the Military Attache at the Indian Embassy in Rome, Col. Virender Singh Salaria SC, SM, and the Mayor of Arezzo, arch. Alessandro Ghinelli.
As part of the initiatives commemorating the eightieth anniversary of the overcoming of the Gothic Line and the Liberation of Rimini, the “Gotica80” project, born from an idea of the National Faleristic Association, enjoys, among other things, the patronage of the Ministry of Defense, of the Emilia Romagna Region and of the Municipalities of Rimini, Bellaria-Igea Marina, Coriano, Misano Adriatico, Montescudo-Montecolombo, Morciano di Romagna, Saludecio, Sassofeltrio, Verucchio and the Embassy of New Zealand.
