A few minutes after the referee’s final whistle, the Biancoceleste coach Igor Tudor spoke about the team’s performance to the microphones of Lazio Style Channel. Here are his words:
“I’m really happy, a great second half where we accelerated. Congratulations to the boys, we entered too thoughtfully, we could have done better in the first half. In the end a good goal arrived, a good victory on a pitch where few have won” .
The last challenges before the end of the championship? We always play for points, there is great motivation, we are there, we are in the running. We have to think race after race. Now we prepare for this cup, after which the home match against Verona.”
“Felipe Anderson and Luis Alberto? In the first half they felt it a bit, in the second half they came out a bit like the whole team and this victory arrived.”
“The path is decided at the beginning and then we start working. There is never an objective achieved, there are ups and downs, you have to work on every concept of the game. Sunday’s match is always the result of the week’s work” .
“Juventus? We need to play a great match, there’s a strong opponent and a result that’s not in our favor, but that’s the beauty of football. We believe in it, we’ll try, we’ll go there with all our strength and we’ll see what happens” .
“A little more courage in attack? It’s not easy playing away from home, creating a lot. We spent a lot of energy, ran a lot. There are a lot of good things and a lot of positivity for this return, then we’ll see.”
