Kanye West is accused of punching a man in the face, guilty of “physically assaulting” his wife Bianca Censori. The rapper, as reported by TMZ, is under investigation for battery.
Police sources told the website that investigations are underway into the musician’s alleged assault on the man who allegedly harassed and pushed Censors in Hollywood on Tuesday evening.
A spokesperson for West stressed that the rapper’s wife was “physically assaulted” by the man.
«The word “grabbed” is inadequate to describe what happened. Bianca was physically attacked,” the spokesperson told TMZ. «The attacker didn’t fall on her by chance. He put his hands under her dress, touched her body, grabbed her waist, rotated her, and then blew kisses. This is a sexual assault.”
West and Censors left the scene after the confrontation at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Hollywood.
A few hours earlier, Kanye and Bianca, who married in December 2022, were seen walking hand in hand at Disneyland.
West, 46, has often ended up at the center of episodes of violence: last year, he was accused of destroying a photographer’s smartphone, while in 2022 he was accused of punching a fan who approached for an autograph.
He was not charged in either incident.
