Bari-Parma to still hope. In the end the result was 1-1 thanks to goals from Bonny and Di Cesare. A match of desperation for the red and whites and of joy for Parma who, thanks to Venezia’s defeat on the Catanzaro pitch, just one point is enough to mathematically celebrate Serie A. So the Emilians never sink, rather dribbling and letting the time pass, with some sporadic offensive sortie. The match always seems to go towards a draw which suits both teams. For the red and whites a golden point, for Parma the seal that marks their return to the top flight after three years of purgatory in the Cadetteria.
First half where Parma is more in control of the game with the red and whites taking care first of defending and not being exposed. And in fact the Emilians only create dangers from distance with Bernabè and Mihaila but it is clear that the team coached by Pecchia does not sink the blow and does not give vent to all its potential. And so we go to half-time with a 0-0 already written.
In the second half it didn’t take much for Parma to take the lead. The red and whites make the usual mistakes in the clearance and open a highway for Bonny who, from the edge of the area, adjusts the ball to his right and unleashes a shot that annoys Pissardo in the top corner to his left. It’s the middle of the night for Bari but they still try to react and in the end unexpectedly find the equaliser. It was signed by Di Cesare who, with a personal move on the left, entered the area and launched a precise curling shot to the far post that beat Chichizola.
