Frosinone. A 30-year-old Nigerian was arrested and expelled from the National Territory.

On the evening of Wednesday 17 April, the staff of the General Prevention and Public Aid Office of the Frosinone Police Headquarters A 30-year-old man, native of Nigeria, was arrested in flagrante delicto and already recipient of an Oral Warning from the Police Commissioner.

The facts arose from a report on the emergency line by a woman, to whom the foreigner had stolen a laptop from a bar near the Villa Comunale.

In an attempt to prevent the criminal action, the victim was pushed by the man who immediately fled with the stolen goods.

The woman, despite the situation, still managed to provide the identikit and within a few moments, it was intercepted and blocked by the officers who intervened.

At the moment the fugitive, in possession of the stolen PC, attempted to free himself by attacking the uniformed staff.

The officers still managed to block Ed arrest the 30-year-old who on the same day had also been reported for refusing to give his personal details.

The recovered PC was returned to its rightful owner.

Following the validation of the arrest, the Judicial Authority issued the authorization for expulsion; the foreigner was therefore made available to the Immigration Office for the continuation of the process aimed at expulsion from the national territory.
