Sala Dante sold-out for the final of the first edition of the Sprugolino d’Oro, a singing competition for children. First place goes to Thea Cozzani who performed “Voi che sai” from Mozart’s “The Marriage of Figaro”. Second on the podium was Aurora Sebastiani with “Noia” by Angelina Mango, in third place was Miruna Adriana Horvat with “Shallow” by Lady Gaga, in fourth place was Linda Marchetti with “My heart will go on” by Celine Dion. The novelty this year was the first edition of the Sprugolino Family, Eodardo Bertagna won Edoardo together with his grandfather Claudio with “Hey jude” by John Lennon, Paul Mc Cartney. Second place was Viola Mulattieri and father Matteo with Supereroi by Mr Rain, third place was Viola Capasso and grandmother Sonia Leonetti who sang Disco Paradise by Annalisa, Fedez and J-Ax.
The competition was conceived and organized by Marco Tarabgi in collaboration with the “Music Factory” school, Musicando, Cantagiro, Ptz Ptoto Lab (official photographer of the event), SpeziaWeBTv of Jean Pier Tassora and the Municipality of La Spezia, saw participation in the final stage of 23 young singers. The jury composed of: Marco Magi (president of the jury and artistic director), Alessio Boni, Marco Tarabugi, Salvatore Piscopo, Gianluca Capellazzi, Gabriella Crovara, Susanna Varese, Davide Micoli, Andrea Canini and Daniele Giorgi have with difficulty decreed the winners of this first edition.
“All the participants demonstrated absolute value and it was a pleasure to listen to them in a Dante Hall packed in every seat – explained Marco Tarabugi -. Definitely an afternoon where the young singers were the true protagonists. See you next year with the second edition of the Sprugolino d’Oro”.
