Unified Conference
Agreement on the draft decree of the Minister of Labor and Social Policies containing guidelines for the definition of the Pacts for social inclusion, pursuant to article 4, paragraph 7, of the legislative decree of 4 May 2023, n. 48, converted, with amendments, by law 3 July 2023, n. 85.
Opinion, pursuant to article 9, paragraph 3, of legislative decree 28 August 1997, n. 281, on the conversion into law of the decree-law of 2 March 2024, n. 19, containing “Further urgent provisions for the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan” (PNRR).
Opinion, pursuant to article 9, paragraph 2, letter a), number 1), of legislative decree 28 August 1997, n. 281, on the bill connected to law 30 December 2023, n. 213, containing “Measures for regulatory simplification and improvement of the quality of regulation and delegations to the Government for simplification, reorganization and reorganization in certain matters”.

Agreement, pursuant to article 12, paragraph 1, of the decree of the Minister of Ecological Transition of 4 August 2022, containing “Action plan for the redevelopment of orphan sites in implementation of the Mission 2 Component 4, Investment 3.4, measure of the PNRR”, on the draft decree of the Minister of the Environment and Energy Security containing amendments to Annex 2 of the decree of the Minister of Ecological Transition of 4 August 2022. Information for discussion in the Unified Conference, pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 120 of 8 September 2021, containing “Provisions to combat forest fires and other urgent civil protection measures”, converted, with amendments , by law 8 November 2021, n. 155, on the state of updating of the regional plans for the planning of forecasting, prevention and active fight against forest fires, provided for by article 3 of law 21 November 2000, n. 353, “Framework law on forest fires”, as well as the related obligations of the Municipalities – 2024 update.
