The fundamental pillars of our civilization, now threatened by deadly alien civilizations conspiring to destroy Super Earth and its values. You play as an elite class of soldiers whose mission is to spread peace, freedom, and controlled democracy using the biggest, baddest, most explosive tools in the galaxy. Team up with up to four friends and wreak havoc on the alien plague that threatens the safety of your home, Super Earth. The Helldivers will have to take on the role of galactic peacekeepers in this Galactic War and protect their home planet, spread the message of democracy and get rid of the enemy armies with a hard fist.
SUPER POWERFUL WEAPONS AND ENEMIES IN OVERWHELMING SUPERIORITY
We don’t send our Helldivers on missions without adequate support, but it’s up to you to decide how and when to use it. Not only will you have a variety of super-powerful primary weapons and customizable loadouts at your disposal, but you will also be able to deploy stratagems throughout the game. In the heat of battle, your team must counter a massive Terminid assault in one shot? Have an Eagle drop a 500kg bomb, leaving only released insect corpses in its wake. Do you need to set up a defensive perimeter? You can call in the landminelayer to create a battlefield filled with deadly mines. Players can choose how to take down each enemy wave using a multitude of offensive and defensive tools. By completing missions, you’ll be able to upgrade your ship and build an even more impressive arsenal. To give your team the upper hand, you’ll be able to use everything from shield generators to turrets to large-scale airstrikes.

True to Arrowhead’s cooperative roots, we’ve provided HELLDIVERS™ 2 with the best cooperative gameplay ever. Collaboration will be vital: teams will create synergies for equipment, take a strategic approach to each mission and complete objectives together. But, for a challenge and collaboration at the highest levels, friendly fire is always active. Communicate with your teammates and make sure that bullets and stray mines are cleared
defeat their real opponents. Remember that once you return home, you will be considered a hero, whether you sacrificed your life or not.
