3 broken teeth and surgery to heal the fracture of the ocular floor: this is the outcome of a beating for which the State Police, coordinated by the Rome Prosecutor’s Office, at the end of a complex investigation, identified the perpetrator.
For him, the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the local Court… ordered the measure of precautionary custody in prison. The dispute that led to the measure occurred on the night of one of the first days of last November, on the long Tiber delle Armi; the driver of one of the two cars, after entering the street, hit the other driver several times in the face with several punches and then fled. A State Police patrol intervened on site and investigations began immediately by the men of the Prati police station. After a series of investigations, thanks to the collaboration of the District of Ostia and the support of the soldiers of the Carabinieri Company of Pomezia, it emerged that the car in which the attacker was traveling had been rented and, after a series of checks, have managed to identify today’s suspect… a 21 year old resident in Pomezia.
With the elements acquired, the Public Prosecutor coordinating the investigative activity… requested and obtained from the Judge the issuing of a precautionary measure. It was the same officers from the Prati police station who carried out the measure and, after the ritual acts, the suspect was accompanied to prison.
