On 9 November 2022, Francesco Mazzacane, a 24-year-old originally from Torre del Greco (Naples), died due to acute carbon monoxide poisoning caused by a boiler in the Linate residence in Novegro di Segrate. The Prosecutor’s Office requested the trial of the legal representative of the structure and the plumber who had been entrusted with the installation and maintenance of the boiler.
The Milan Prosecutor’s Office has requested the indictment of the two suspects for the death of Francesco Mazzacanethe 24-year-old boy who was originally from Torre del Greco, a municipality in the province of Naples, and who on 9 November 2022 he died of acute carbon monoxide poisoning. This would have been caused by a boiler in the Linate residence in Novegro di Segrate.
