Bevilacqua (Vr) In the welcoming setting of the Bevilacqua Castle, the veils were removed from the 29th edition of the Alè Gp Windtex Gold Prestige. This year too, the Veneto-Lombardy challenge, conceived and coordinated by Agostino Contin, includes events on the streets of Mantua. Two have already been held: the junior Tecnomeccanica Trophy, held in Volta Mantovana; and the Gp Fiera della Possenta Memorial Cav. Enzo Bertoni Memorial Francesco Bertoni, under 23 and elite, last Saturday in Ceresara.
Many well-known faces from cycling: former champions Silvio Martinello, Massimo Ghirotto and Giada Borgato, and a Lombard delegation led by the regional FCI president Stefano Pedrinazzi. With him there were also the provincial president of the Fci Fausto Armanini, his deputy Lido Baracca, the member of the national merit commission Adriano Roverselli, the president of the UC Ceresarese Simone Pezzini with his collaborators: Giovanni Comparin, Diego Lanzarotto and Katiuscia Bravi and that of the Pedal Casteldariese Fausto Mirandola.
