Fire in a factory in Usmate-Velate near Viale Monza with 11 workers intoxicated. Thursday afternoon 28 March a high column of smoke coming from a shed of a company specialized in steel processing immediately triggered the alarm and called the firefighters to the scene, who immediately put out the flames.

Apparently it would have caught fire a diluting tank, which would have generated the fire. Now it will be up to the firefighters to ascertain the causes of the fire. The firefighters themselves made it known that “we are intervening in the municipality of Usmate Velate in viale delle industri, due to a fire inside a company that deals with ferrous material. There are numerous vehicles: 2 fire engines, 3 tankers, 1 ladder truck, 1 rescue truck, 1 guard officer’s car. About 30 men were on site. The fire was extinguished within a few minutes by the teams that arrived on site“. Also on site were medical personnel in code red with three ambulances and a medical car.
