Tragic morning in the village
The tragic events occurred around 6 in the morning in a downtown street. It was his 42-year-old wife and 13-year-old daughter who noticed what was happening and immediately launched themselves into a desperate attempt to save the man who was burning alive in the car.
The two were also burned, but still managed to get him out of the burning car and call for help.
The fifty-year-old was taken care of by the doctors who took him to Niguarda, where he was hospitalized in the major burns department. Unfortunately, despite the doctors’ efforts, there was nothing that could be done: the man died in the afternoon.
