OBJECT: TIM portal, difficulty accessing it from the intranet.
Urgent intervention request.

The COISP Provincial Secretariat of Cuneo represents the difficulties encountered by colleagues in accessing the TIM portal via the intranet. The same problem is reported in numerous other situations.
The inability to access this portal makes it impossible to manage one’s user agreement, change tariff profile, terminate the contract, privatize the number, etc. etc.
Some operators of the dedicated telephone service would have attributed the issue to a system no longer updated compared to the browsers and new PCs now managed directly by CEN.
Whatever the motivation, in any case, it is absolutely unacceptable that the many colleagues who have chosen to make use of the agreement made by the Administration with TIM cannot make use of the important services that the portal in question guarantees… and to which they are fully entitled.
In consideration of what has been represented, COISP asks this Office to involve the competent departments of the Department in order to find an immediate solution to the problem.
