Bad weather blocks 29 people in two shelters on Monte Rosa, intervention of the Lombardy Flight Department of the Fire Brigade in Macugnaga. The people who were at the “Saronno” and “Zamboni” shelters: were unable to move because several streams overflowed and the access paths were impassable. Thanks to the timely intervention of the Lombardy Flight Department, all twenty-nine people were safely airlifted to the valley, guaranteeing their safety.
