Among the smartphone models interested in saying goodbye to WhatsApp we find iPhone, LG, Samsung, Alcatel e Xperia. In a few days they will be incompatible with the most used messaging application in the world.
In fact, technology advances day by day and applications undergo constant updates. However, this evolution also has a negative side, since the “older” phones are no longer supported and become unusable over time.

Why WhatsApp stops working on these phones
The reason for the incompatibility of the phones just listed with WhatsApp is very simple. The latest update has resulted in increased technical and software requirements, and the above models do not support the features necessary for the app to function properly.
To continue using WhatsApp, you need to buy a new smartphone compatible with the latest update or, alternatively, you can opt to use WhatsApp Web from any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge, etc.) without having to download or install anything.
