As anyone who works in the IT field knows perfectly well, developing a new version of any program is difficult. A new version indeed must introduce a number of new features making them perfectly integrated into an existing system and preventing them from generating conflicts and malfunctions on the devices that host it.
Easier said than done, especially considering that updates to even famous programs are released when they are not yet perfected but they are still in the testing and optimization phase. There are many reasons why large IT companies decide to opt for this approach but, essentially, they prefer to use users as a very large team of testers, who help identify various malfunctions and bugs.
This is exactly what happened with the Android 15 release, the new version of Google-branded operating system for mobile devices. The new operating system has been released for some time (it was available since March 2024) but in just a few weeks it has already reached third version.
The developers have indeed rushed to fix a series of serious bugs that made the system completely unstable causing great inconvenience to users. The first and second versions did not succeed in the feat but it seems that the third version, released a few days ago, is the most stable developed so far.
How to fix Android 15 bugs on your phone?
Among the most serious bugs encountered by Android 15 users are problems with Bluetooth connection and scanning and with some apps crash which crash when accessing the screensaver options.
Apart from this the screen unlock icon appeared for no reason above the notifications that were being displayed, effectively making it impossible to read them. One of the biggest bugs in the first versions of Android 15 is the inability to change mobile network security settings.
According to Google, most of the bugs have been fixed in the Android 15.3 version but Please note that the operating system is still under development, therefore it cannot be ruled out a priori that other problems will not occur in the future. It is therefore still a Beta version and for Google there is no official release date of the final version yet.
So what should users who have downloaded one of the first versions of the new operating system and found themselves with an unusable device do? Currently be patient and download the new version of the OS waiting for the definitive one which, at least in theory, should have been purged of any problems.
