Could this also be the reason why it is now about to be sold for a figure that would be an understatement to define as gigantic? Who knows. In any case, there is nothing left to do but find out in the next lines how things actually are: let’s delve deeper into the issue.

The event is held in the United Kingdom on May 18, and as we said this model in particular is linked to a music star: we refer to Jason Kay, frontman of Jamiroquai, iconic English band. But what is the history of this car? The vehicle we are telling you about is a 1973 E9 CS 3.0 transformed into a racing car by Tim Busby in the late 1980s and used for many years by its first owner. It later ended up in the hands of the number one auction house Nick Whale, precisely in 2004.

This BMW raced at Le Mans Classic, Monza and Silverstone before changing owners again: first it ended up in the hands of Alan Tice for a few years, then in 2013 Jason Kay bought it. This BMW is equipped with a 3.5-liter engine approved for competition. The engine had been upgraded by Tim Busby, while the livery shows off a chromatic play that combines green and blue on a white background. Prices which concern the sale of Batmbolie, or at least those foreseen, they range from €186 to €209,000.
