Nixxes Software revealed via the PS Blog that Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut for PC it will be the first PlayStation game on Windows PC to use the new PlayStation Overlay.

This function – that you can activate by pressing Shift + F1 in the game or directly via the menu – allows you to see your list of friends, Trophies, settings and details of your PlayStation profile.

By playing Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut on PC you will be able to also get Trophies (the trophy list is the same as the PS5 version, if you obtain them with one version of the game, you will also see them unlocked with the other). This is in addition to support for Steam and Epic Games Store Achievements – it does not replace them.

Obviously in order to use the PlayStation Overlay it is necessary log in with your PlayStation Network account or create one.

It is also specified that the PlayStation Overlay is completely optional: It is not mandatory to play singles or Legends (the multiplayer mode). The latter, however, still requires a PlayStation Network account to start.
