Pecco Bagnaia wins the Dutch GP in the MotoGP class, achieving his third victory in a row today in Assen and completing a perfect weekend, with pole position and victory in the sprint race. The official Ducati rider, reigning world champion, won solo ahead of Spaniard Jorge Martin (Ducati-Pramac) and teammate Enea Bastianini who completed the podium.

Fourth place for the Spanish Ducati-Gresini team rider Marc Marquez, leaving Fabio Di Giannantonio (Ducati-VR 46) and his Aprilia compatriot Maverick Vinales behind him. However, Marquez was subsequently penalized 16 seconds “due to incorrect tire pressure”, thus dropping back to tenth place.

Completing the top ten are the South African from KTM Brad Binder, the Spaniard from the Ducati-Gresini team Alex Marquez and the Spaniard from Aprilia Raul Fernandez and Franco Morbidelli (Ducati-Pramac). Martin remains at the top of the world rankings with 200 points, 10 ahead of Bagnaia.

“I liked everything about this weekend. I thank all my fans, because they are always fantastic. I had a lot of fun and I have been fast since Friday. My times were excellent and the tire choice today was spot on”, the Bagnaia’s words at the end of the weekend to remember.

Sixth place for the best of the Italian riders Luca Lunetta on Honda. The Colombian David Alonso (CfMoto) maintains the top of the world rankings with a 35-point advantage over Veijer.
