ROME FOOTBALL NEWS – In retreat with only 10 players and many youngsters aggregated, also out of necessity, in the first team. Daniele De Rossi is preparing to start his season with a decidedly reduced number of players: the appointment with the few available is set for next July 8th in Trigoria.
Between footballers playing for their respective national teams (Pellegrini, Cristante, Mancini, El Shaarawy, Paredes, Zalewski e Celik), players sold or out of the projectthose who returned to the clubs they belonged to end of loan (Kristensen, Llorente, Renato Sanches, Azmoun, Lukaku) and players whose contracts expire (Rui Patricio and Spinazzola), it will inevitably be a retreat with reduced ranks.
Unless there are any sales or purchases that could materialize in the next few hours (Le Fee seems to be the closest at the moment), there will be only ten footballers who will cross the gates of Trigoria on July 8th: Svilar, Karsdorp, Smalling, Ndicka, Angelino, Bove, Aouar, Baldanzi, Dybala and Abraham. To them many young people will join that De Rossi will find in the youth sector formations.
The yellow and reds then they will move to England for the second part of the retreatwhich will also feature the national teams. The venue chosen is the “St George’s Park national football centre”, the home of the English national teams. The championship kicks off on the weekend of August 17-18which will end on May 25, while the new Europa League will start on September 25.
