Lazio, evaluations in attack: the doubts between Noslin’s flexibility and Dia’s goals

Lazio wants to give a shot in attack to Marco Baroni. The Biancoceleste club is evaluating the inclusion of a third element in attack who can alternate with Castellanos and Immobile, both returning from a less than positive season. Lazio lacked goals, no one managed to reach double figures and this figure must inevitably make the club reflect. For this reason, even before Baroni’s arrival, sporting director Angelo Fabiani began working on various profiles. Two names emerged from the work of the Formello talent room, both protagonists in Serie A, namely Tijjani Noslin and Boluaye Dia.

Dia’s goals and Noslin’s flexibility

Two different profiles for two different operations. On the one hand, the Dutch striker from Verona, already coached by Baroni and highly valued with 5 goals scored in the second round with the Hellas shirt. Born in ’99, the Verona center forward can act as both the first and second striker, and if necessary he can also play as a winger in attack. A flexibility that would complete the offensive department with Castellanos, Immobile, Zaccagni, Tchaouna (all done, only the official confirmation is missing) and Isaksen (even if Feyenoord insists on the Dane). Different profile that of Boulaye Dia, born in ’96 en route to Salernitana. The Senegalese also played as an attacking midfielder in the 3-4-2-1 in Salerno, but he is a center forward and would bring more goals than Noslin can bring. Evaluations in progress, the costs of the two operations are very similar (around 15 million). By the end of this week, negotiations will begin for one of the two attackers. And if one of Castellanos or Immobile were to leave, the arrival of both in Formello cannot be ruled out.
