Round Misano 2024: program and TV times – News

Back on track

The upcoming weekend will allow motorsport lovers to be able to do a real ‘marathon’ with the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the most famous endurance race in the world scheduled between Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th June. But not only that: for lovers of wheels, in fact, there will be the great and long-awaited return of Superbike after a break of almost two months, i.e. from the third and final round of the calendar which was held from 19 to 21 April on the Assen circuit.

Where were we?

An additional reason not to miss this event will also be the location of the races, which will take place on the circuit ‘Marco Simoncelli’ Of Misano Adriatico for the Emilia-Romagna round, the first of two events scheduled in Italy. We start again with the reigning champion Alvaro Bautista leader of the Drivers’ classification, 6 points ahead of Toprak Razgatlioglu, more ‘threatening’ on the BMW in the last few races after an unconvincing start to the world championship. The Aruba.it Ducati team (which will also field Michele Pirro as a wild card at Misano) also presents the rookie on the world podium Nicolò Bulega, reigning Supersport champion and winner on his debut at Phillip Island. Still looking for confirmation, however, the six-time world champion Jonathan Reain his first year with Yamaha but never went beyond 5th place in the Superpole Race in Assen, a track where another success took place on his debut in the category like that of Nicholas Spinellithen called by the Barni team to replace Petrucci and author of a memorable race.

TV and streaming channels

As in the previous rounds, all tests and races scheduled for Misano will be available live on Sky Sports MotoGP or in streaming on NOW or Sky Go. Also not to be forgotten TV8, which will broadcast Race 1 and Race 2 free-to-air, with the Superpole Race deferred in the early afternoon of Sunday. Furthermore, during the weekend, the tests valid for the Supersport, Supersport 300 and WorldWCR championships will also take place. The complete program follows.
