Volley Tricolore, with its decades of experience at the highest level, will constitute the pinnacle of the project with the Serie A2 championship, a great opportunity for growth and training for young talents on their way out of the youth sectors.

Modena and Reggio Emilia, in fact, are the cradle of great Italian excellencesfrom food and wine, to motors, from culture to sport. MOModena, and KINGReggio Emilia, united to create more volleyball And more value on the territory.

A union of intent, the one signed with MO.RE Volley, which acquires greater value in a historical period made of division and fragmentation, capable of going beyond borders, often accentuated in the sporting world. This is why we decided to equip ourselves with one new brand identitywith a logo that highlights the V of volleyballcwith an open design, with balls capable of breaking through nets and fenceswhich opens up to others, because true value is created from networks and relationshipseveryone making their best abilities available.

Going more specifically, the project will see the collaboration of the three companies in setting up two teams of Excellence who will take part in Under 17 Regional Championship and from Under 19 Interterritorial Championship. The two teams will then be involved in the championships of Series C and Series D, a technical choice always of great importance for high-level youth sectors. The U19 will also have another opportunity for growth and technical comparison through participation in the Junior League, the Under 20 tournament organized for more than 30 years by the Serie A Volleyball League. A lot of quality also at staff level, with Andrea Tomasini in the role of Head Coach And Cristian Bernardi What will be Technical Manager: two names from Modena volleyball who don’t need much introduction and who both boast top-level sporting curricula.

PIEVE HISTORY

The Pieve Volley ASD company, which was founded in September 1982, has always based its work on the sporting growth and personal development of its athletes, trying to be an educational community and territory, both for young children and for the more mature ones who they play in the category teams, acting as bearers of the true values of sport: respect for the rules, collaboration, team spirit, discipline, sharing, transparency.

Particular attention is given to Mini-Volley children, who take their first steps in sport and who need not only sporting technique, but a good educational path, also supported by summer playground activities.

ANDERLINI HISTORY

Founded in Modena in 1985 by Rodolfo Giovenzana and Andrea Nannini, for almost 40 years Anderlini has worked intensely to create a real culture of sport, understood not only as a moment of competitiveness and competition, but at the same time as the pleasure of being together, in communion with themselves and in continuous relationships with others. At the same time, Anderlini is and has been synonymous with high-level youth volleyball over the years. It has been a long journey, which began in 1985 and is not yet finished.

The over 1000 athletes of the Volleyball School are aged from 1 to 19: they start with the psychomotor courses of LalalAND (1-3 years) and Pallandia (3-5). The 6 – 9 year age group is that of Minivolley and from 10 years of age there is space for the competitive sector. There are 25 Anderlini-based teams from Modena involved in the provincial and regional youth championships; four team groups compete in the women’s and men’s Serie D championships, in the women’s Serie B2 championship and in the men’s Serie B championship.

TRICOLOR HISTORY

The Volley Tricolore company has been involved in high-level sports for years.

It appeared on the stage of the A2 series in the 2006/2007 sports season. At the time the company was still GS Pallavolo Cavriaghese, becoming Volley Tricolore in 2012.

Since then the club, except for one case of relegation and one of self-relegation both followed by immediate promotions, has played in the A2 championship and is preparing to play its twelfth consecutive championship.

Over the years, Volley Tricolore first managed its youth activity directly and later promoted and strongly supported an important collaboration with Pieve Volley, thus relying on the expertise of a company that has always worked in the area with young people, drawing great satisfaction from it. . Several boys who left Pieve Volley were thus able to make their debut and gain experience in the A2 series.

Alessandro IoriPresident of Pieve Volley: “As Pieve Volley we will mainly deal with the basic work for the athletes of the Reggio Emilia area, certainly our intent is to expand the word of volleyball throughout the province to increase the number of male members, we will also try to organize events and participations where we can collaborate with other companies to give smaller teams the opportunity to experience new, high-level experiences”.

Marco NevianiGeneral Director Anderlini: “The territories of Modena and Reggio are now considered a single reality in many respects and we believe that even in men’s volleyball this is today a useful and constructive vision to be able to improve the path of each club and to actually create a unique path of quality and sociality for our kids.

I believe that the official birth of the project is a logical consequence of what has already been done together in the past years from a technical point of view, in which our boys were able to train with the Serie A2 group of Volley Tricolore, in which the staff they are regularly compared about paths and opportunities. But it is also born from the great sharing of values and intentions found between Anderlini, Volley Tricolore and Pieve Volley and which we believe can have further developments in the future. I am very happy that the concrete signals are arriving immediately and that they also translate into opportunities for the young people: we will see one shortly and another we will see in a few days, with a boy who this year wore the Anderlini shirt who will enter in the Volley Tricolore squad”.

Simone TassoniHead of the Anderlini Sports Area “We are working intensely to prepare the teams that will take part in the MO.RE Volley project: to date, we are certain that we will have the U17 at the starting line, which will also participate in the Serie D championship, and the U19 which will also play in the championship of Serie C. We are evaluating the possibility of also setting up an U14 team, with which we can also take part in the Boy League, organized by the Serie A Men’s Volleyball League.

With both categories we are working in the long term. The U19 will be made up of boys from 2007 and the U17 from 2009 in order to put together a two-year project: the first year could be uphill, but it will allow us to lay good foundations for the following season. As we said before, both team groups will play, in addition to their respective category championship, also a Serie championship, which is always an important opportunity for growth and comparison: this year we will start from Serie C, with the aim of taking then he leaves – in the 2025 – 2026 season – for the Serie B Championship”.

Cristian BernardiTechnical Manager Anderlini: “I am happy with this opportunity to evolve a collaborative relationship born a couple of years ago, when there was the first contact with Azzio Santini: at the time, like Anderlini, we needed to identify a “landing point” for the kids who finished their youth journey with us. Over time, we have felt the need to give more and more stability to this relationship.

In recent seasons, the collaboration between Anderlini and Volley Tricolore has moved on two fronts: on the one hand we had a team, Anderlini Tricolore, which took part in the Reggio Emilia championships for a few seasons under the Volley Tricolore code; at the same time, some of our boys went to train during the season with Serie A. Today we can finally do something even bigger and more important: it is certainly a great opportunity for our boys, who will have the chance to train with even more more frequency with the Serie A2 team and, if necessary, even going to the bench during matches. I think this is an important goal to give to the kids who work in the gym every day, a high but achievable goal, therefore a further source of motivation.”

Andrea Tomasinifuture head coach Under 19 Serie C MO.RE Volley: I am very happy to be part of this project: for me first and foremost and for the boys I coach, having a point of reference and comparison like Serie A is very important. Under 17 we will work with a group of 2009 and in Under 19 with the group of 2007: the project is ambitious and with both teams we will have two years of work ahead of us to plan our work with serenity with the idea of creating players for a team that plays in Serie A.

Our goal is to bring our youth sector as close as possible to the needs and requirements of a Serie A team: continuous discussion with Fabio Fanuli, coach of Volley Tricolore, with whom we have already had the opportunity to collaborate will therefore be very important. in the past”.

Loris MigliariGeneral Director of Volley Tricolore: “This project is not intended to be something episodic, but the fruit of a systemic path. The three companies Pieve Volley, Scuola Pallavolo Anderlini and Volley Tricolore represent the nucleus of a collaboration that leaves the doors open to other companies with the same values and with the desire to network. The objective is to propose an attractive and fruitful path, which leads as many children as possible in the Reggio Emilia and Modena area to learn about volleyball and choose it as a passion.

The logo is a triangle: the base represents the youth sector and underlines the important work that the two companies, Pieve and Anderlini, carry out in training young athletes and then pushing the kids towards the top, i.e. the tip of the triangle representing Volleyball Tricolor.

The colors of the project could only be those of the Italian flag, as a symbol of union and brotherhood, which strengthen the sense of belonging to the territories where the Tricolor was born. So not tricolor like “Volley Tricolore”, but I’m talking about the tricolor of all of us”.
