Trezzano Rosa. This Sunday marks the conclusion of the Season 2023/2024. After a year full of exciting challenges and events dedicated to sporting values, the last competitions for the trophies took place, with young people as protagonists Under 12 and the expert athletes of the First Division. During today’s awards ceremony, the Territorial Committee greeted all this year’s protagonists, giving the athletes an appointment for next season.
The day began with the final of the Under 12 men’s cup. On the parquet of Sports Hall of Trezzano Rosa, the young athletes of Diavoli Rosa and Zeroquattro Volley played the last match of the season. The match was intense, but the Devils boys won the victory and the Cup in two sets with a score of 2-0 (25-23; 25-20).

After a morning full of emotions, the afternoon saw the decisive match for the awarding of the Men’s First Division Scudetto. Avis Cernusco and Romana Volley faced each other in almost two hours of play, in which the Cernusco boys prevailed in the 4th set with a score of 3-1 (25-21; 20-25; 25-22; 25-21 ), thus celebrating the end of the season in the best possible way.
To end the day and the season, it was the match for the Women’s First Division Scudetto between Ambrosiana Volley and GS Cagliero. The decisive match saw the two teams fight in all five sets. The match was balanced until the end, when the inertia of the match shifted in favor of Ambrosiana’s sextet, who won 3-2 (18-25; 25-21; 25-17; 22-25; 15 -5).
Present at the event were the Mayor of Trezzano Rosa, Diego Cataldo, and the Sports Councilor, Laura Conti, who awarded the athletes who distinguished themselves in the competitions. The MVP awards of the Scudetto Finals were awarded to Daniela Spini (Ambrosiana Volley) and Pietro Semenzato (Avis Cernusco).
