A special Grand Prix deserves something special, and for Italian MotoGP fans the Mugello event has always been the most important of the season.
Thus, if Ducati and Ferrari with their iconic red color are considered the national motorsports teams, for once the Borgo Panigale team has decided to wear the color of Italy in sport, light blue.

The Ducati Desmosedici GP 24 of the official team took to the track in the traditional red on Friday 31 May and Saturday 1 June (when free practice, official practice and the Sprint Race will take place), while on Sunday 2 June, in on the occasion of Republic Day, starting from the morning warm up and, above all, for the afternoon race, the Ducati Lenovo Team races in light blue, the color of the Italian national teams in sport, which we have also seen worn by Ferrari at the GP of Miami a month ago.
The bikes will have a special livery characterized by the blue color of the national team, with details in blue, white and gold, while all the team members, starting with the two official riders Pecco Bagnaia and Enea Bastianini, will wear a suit in the same color as the bike.
