At the national beach volleyball series A finals in Cesenatico, the Mattabel company was present as it has been for years, representing Pesaro. Mind-boggling numbers in three days of matches with over 1400 athletes, 59 courts and the best Italian beach volleyball clubs who managed to qualify for these finals. Mattabel achieved a 5th place in the women’s A series and salvation in the men’s A series. Excellent results also in the other categories where the men’s B series obtained the silver medal and in the women’s excellence a Bronze after the team had risked not participating. Note of merit also to all the other teams who qualified with merit for these finals, obtaining good placings. Mattabel coach Tommaso Del Grande comments on this adventure in Cesenatico as follows: “I am very happy with these results. In particular to remain in the top flight and be protagonists again next season. But what makes me really proud is seeing all these people being part of of Mattabel. I want to thank all my athletes, the staff and the friends who came to cheer and see us, they were truly the extra player on the pitch.”
