In the archives is an incredible Young Volley on the beach powered by Cisalfa Sport, the three days of youth beach volleyball which from Friday to Sunday brought 10,000 volleyball players from all over Italy to the beaches of Bellaria Igea Marina. A riot of colors and dunks: 1,500 teams competed on 200 playing fields. Dozens and dozens of buses crossed the city and beyond, having occupied more than 90 structures between Bellaria Igea Marina and the surrounding towns.
The largest youth tournament in Europe is synonymous with sport and holidays; despite the temperatures and the leaden sky of the first two days, the enthusiasm has not slowed down: 130 Italian clubs choose Young Volleyball as a fixed and unmissable event, not only for the athletes but also for the managers and accompanying families. “It is impossible to describe in words – comments Giacomo Gentili, founding member of Kiklos – the centrifuge of emotions that this tournament represents: on the beaches of Bellaria Igea Marina a single great team takes to the field. The walk along the 22 bathing establishments that we occupy it is a more unique than rare injection of energy and adrenaline, the essence that has driven us to do this work with passion for almost thirty years.”
A success also shared by the mayor Filippo Giorgetti: “The people of Young Volley are unique, the city is proud to live these days in the name of sport and entertainment” and by the president of the Verdeblu Foundation Paolo Borghesi: “I thank all the clubs who bring Bellaria Igea Marina into their hearts not only for beach volleyball matches, but also for summer holidays”.
Not only fun online but also many emotions by night: the schedule of evening parties planned at the Mito Mapo Club and at the Polo Est Village guaranteed DJ sets, music and entertainment. “The collaboration with Kiklos – comments Massimo Ceccarelli, director of the Polo Est Village – is something I believe in a lot: I fully agree with their project and their philosophy, I am happy to be able to contribute to the success of these events which bring hotel presences, characterizing our city as a destination for well-being and movement”.
Yesterday’s grand finale was a succession of initiatives: the charity lottery in favor of AIL Rimini OdV, the traditional Piadina Party by Babbi and the finals in the Cisalfa Sport fields, the main sponsor of the event.
