In particular, there was the issue of the lack of guarantee regarding business continuity: “The complaint – reported a press release from the Foundation – is deemed necessary to bring to the attention of the competent bodies some elements giving rise to serious concerns, such as, for example, the provision by FC Internazionale SpA of guarantees in support of the so-called business continuity”.
